So I have been searching for anyone else with this issue both here and elsewhere but haven't found anything. Decided to sign up here and see if somebody could help.

The problem is that while I can assign both weapons and spells to my right hand, I can not use spells assigned to it. If I equip dual spells I can only use the left hand spell despite trying to dual cast. Weapon swings from the right hand works fine so it cant be a problem with my mouse. I have tried to remapp my key configurations to no avail. It wasn't always like this, up untill yesterday spells in the right hand worked just well so maybe its a problem with the latest update?

Anyway, if anyone knows how to fix this I'd be grateful.
