Can you decorate your own armor in NV?

Something I'm hoping on. Like you can add a custom symbol spray-painted to a piece of your armor.

it would be cool if they did to apparel what they promise they did for weapons in NV, but its probably a little late.

Lol, I clicked "add reply" and just seen your edit. I was going to say that...

It would be awesome, but no (3 times!).
I've always imagined how easy it would be to customize your own weapon or armor, yet I've never seen it done.

Like, why can't it be as easy as, going into a menu, selecting the emblem, or whatever, that you want on your armor, then you can move it around, scale it, then paste it onto your armor. Like in Car games, when you put Decal's on. Wouldn't that be easy? lol. Probably not...

quite easy I expect.

F3 already had decal addon meshes for power armor. you can probably even add these on the fly by swapping the armor reference out to different ones, so the decals change. add 20 or so preset decals. and in preset locations. the moving around and scaling becomes the problem... but you could have a few preset decal placements. the mesh sizes are negligible. so it's not really a resource issue.

so this very thing is probably moddable to a degree. the only thing is a decent interface/menu that adds them. hair cuts for armor.
