How do you get married anyway? I've talked to everyone at Whiterun and Windhelm but no lady seems to be interested for some reason. I'm being a good guy, not being a troublemaker or anything like that. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right spot?

I bought the house in Whiterun with all the upgrades too.

Sadly, polyamory doesn't seem to exist in Skyrim.

No Farkas and Vilkas action for my Bosmer. :nope:

Only if you murder your wife.
To get married, you have to complete the quest line for whichever person you want to marry such as in the Companions. You have to finish their quest line. For other random folks that walk around, you simply have to do a quest for them and it's all good. You also have to wear the amulet of Mara.

So which is it? Yes or No? I did married Jennana, but she turned out to be rather rude. I didn't want to murder her, but didn't want to be married to her any more either. So she ended up dieing in battle and we are all very sad. I collected her band of matromony (now I have two) and all the other stuff of mine she was carrieing. So now, even with the Amulet of Mara, no one seems interested. Do I have to tell Lidea to take hike? Also, has anyone married the Jarul of Solitude? She seems kinda HOT & RICH!

You can't remarry. Kill her and you still can't remarry. Just keep her, buy a house somewhere, move here there and ignore her. Just go back occasionally to collect your gold

Talk to the priest in the Temple of Mara, in Riften.

this game teaches you a good lesson:

women marry you for a necklace, and if you ignore your wife she gives you more gold
