Specifically, I want to know what "large" dungeons respawn enemies,loot,etc.

By large, I mean 2 or more zones/sections.

You don't need to spend hours on end searching for every single one, I just want to know a few.

Almost every dungeon respawns, but it can take upto 30 game days. Here's a list of places that won't respawn instead

As I know most of them do, but if you have cleared it it'll take 10-30 in game days or so.

And they'll respawn at the level you first cleared them at.

Just a quick question to clarify: do enemies respawn at the level that you first cleared the dungeon at, or at the level that you first entered the dungeon at?
