Unfortunately Hroki can not be married . The only way you can marry her is using console commands on PC. I know it svcks.

She isn't. It's part of the Tavern Clothes, which are the only reason people want to marry her.

What's odd though, is that her class in the CS is "Child."

Could this mean that she is a teenager? Or is it just a case of odd placement, like Maven being a Nightblade by class?

Never made sense how some non essentials can be married and how some cannot. I recall that it is possible to marry aela the huntress, and for a good while she WAS an essential charachter.
