have a thane in your house?

I have lydia as my thane, but she isnt into the marrying, but other women are.

so can i marry a woman, with the thane in the house, or do lose the thane if i marry. Or can, i have the thane in 1 room and my wife with me in another.

You are the Thane, she is the Housecarl. And yes, you can marry someone else with out losing her.

you can marry any marriagable person and you will not lose any housekarls.

when you do marry stay in Breezehome in Whiterun.

Lydia has her room and your spouse will normally sleep in your double bed with you.

Lydia has her own room, true, but her chair is in your room, so she can watch over both of you as you sleep.

I always assumed it's because I'm the one with the bread. Lydia loves her some bread.

If that was a response to me, I was referring to how Lydia seems to do nothing but sit in her/my chair and eat bread. How she keeps her figure I don't know.

If not......what's goin' on?

First mod I made for Skyrim was moving that bloody chair. Now she sits in her own room, and I can sleep in peace. :snoring:

I married Ysolda recently, and Lydia, along with a few others from Whiterun, made the journey to see the ceremony. As I was leaving Riften, all the guest were preparing to walk back to Whiterun.
