while I'm doing Season Unending, at the initial stage to talk to both leaders, i have problem cannot talk to Tulius to get option to get him to High Hrohgar.
i didn't joined any side, already get Ulfic to go high hrohgar.
by wiki suggestion, i used console resetquest cw01a, which kill/reset my joining legion quest

season unending done.
now i want join legion, cannot use setstage cw01a xxx
the quest stage keep being 0
