Is anyone having a similar situation where after choosing your SPECIAL allocations, you're unable to sit down at the start of the game (which triggers the questions and to tag your skills and go through the rorschach test)?

I've tried running all over the couch and spamming E to no avail.

Help! what's causing this?

Press "E" to sit on the couch and then hit exit twice to go to the menu and back. See if that works.

It doesn't work. I think it might be because of another bug. I move very slowly, except when I jump and land (get a burst of speed) before the game running slows down.
