I saved my game in third person mode (looking at the front of my character) and once i started the save it wouldn't fast travel and wait anymore.

Based on my understanding of the game operations, saving while in 3rd Person view has no detrimental effect.

Assuming you havent hit on some random bug, two reasons you would not be able to fast travel or wait would be based on where you're standing.

1) If you're too near an enemy, or an enemy is looking for you (You see (Caution) while sneaking), then you cannot wait, sleep in a bed, or fast travel.

2) If you are trying to scale a mountain or hillside and get stuck on a rock, the system sometimes calls that stuck place "Falling", and you cannot wait or fast travel during "Falling"

Hope this helps... You will have to load an older save...or try to kill yourself with a grenade.

I got the same thing. It has nothing to do with enemies and/or falling. It is probably a new bug that appeared right after the release of the "patch"

I also cannot wait, nor can I third person view, and trawling around forums it seems that this glitch may have occurred after installing Yes Man to the mainframe. Any ideas ?
