Try reloading, or leave the area a few times and come back in. sometimes they get stuck.

Oh do you have a ps3? this has happened to you before?

If you mean the puzzle pillars, this has happened to me on a few occasions. Either exit and then re-enter the dungeon or save and then quit to menu, when you go back it should be fixed.
