open the pipboy and check the world map, you'll see a triangle marker pointing their location.

If they still are gving you their active perk (IE whisky rose, improved sensors, spotter ect.) then travel to Vault 22 and use the elevator to level 5. Any disapeared commpanions will reapear after the loading screen. If they aren't giving you thier active perk then I guess your sol because I don't know of anything to fix that.
