Check the spot you originally found her, in your case the Drunken Huntsman.

I guess you checked your home. She might be at the Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun. if you are on a PC, you can get her back easily. I couldn't tell how though.

Did you decide where you both were gonna live? If you did then she should be at your house, if you didn't pick aplace to live then she should be back at her default home " her home".Or perhaps she died on the way back home, happened to my follower when I dismissed him and had to reload a save file.

You can't marry again unless you're on PC.

She'll turn up...eventually. It usually takes seven daysof being out of that area for the game to reset itself. If she survived the trip (which, if the player's not in the area, is virtually guaranteed) then she'll be there. It has been known for followers to disappear entirely if you haven't decided on a home before you leave the temple, though. If you're on PC, again, easily resolved. If not, looks like you'll have the three-tier cake to yourself ;)

No, you can not marry again.

As for your spouse, has it been 72 game hours since you last saw them? It is then that they start back home from where you left them. They should have started once you dismissed them, but take that time into consideration and the time it would take for them to walk back home from where you told them to go away. That is how long you need to wait before they could show up.

Also, I have gotten in the habit of taking my followers home before I dismiss them now. That way I know they are safe and I can take on another one if needed.

Wait another one. Then check the first place you saw them and all your homes.

Then she's probably gone for good. If you are on PC you can try this (save your game first, in case she somehow fell through the world or is stuck somewhere):

Open your console with the tilde key (~)
type: player.moveto 000E1BA9
Press Enter

That will move you to her. Alternatively you could try
000E1BA9.moveto player

That should move her to you.
