Can someone please help me if you've found it

***SPOILERS!***







In Primm at Vikki and Vance's Casino there is a display that says it has Vance's 9mm SMG. Its not there, but you can talk to the robot about it when you're science is 50. Well I did that and got a note saying Sam and Pauline took it and they're meeting up in Westside near Vegas. Sounds simple enough and similar to the Xuanlong Assault Rifle situation FO3, but I have spent at least 2 hours scanning every inch of everything in Westside and I absolutely cannot find it. Please help me if you have been able to find it!

It can be found in the Win's hideout in the safe with a very hard lock.
