I dled it once from steam, deleted it later on (not sure why I did) and now I want to dl it again but on steam it just says that I already own this product. I would like to dl this again but I have no idea how to get around my current problem, please help me.

Unfortunately you have to reinstall the game. I had the same issue. It really is one of the most annoying "features" of steam.

Nope, just need to verify the files and it will detect the missing ones and redownload.
