I cant look around. I can only walk around : Fallout: New Vegas

I died and when it loaded my last save i couldn't look around. i can do everything but look around and aim. anyone else have this problem? And can anyone fix it?

I had the same thing happen. I had to reload a previous save in order to fix the glitch.

I fixed it by killing something and when it went into a cinematic it fixed it. thank god. did not want to start 5 hours back haha
