Cant move, none of my keys respond after turning into a vamp

Seriously this vampire issue is getting me. First i cannot feed, now this.
Feeding issue is solved, but when i became a vampire after contracting the disease, i get a message 'you have awoken etc'.

However, i cannot move! There is a blue purplish glow around my character for a few seconds and none of my keys respond. i cant move, cant attack, cant go into menus, cant talk. I can only use the ESC and console.
Older saves before turning into a vampire do not have these issues.

Is it 1.5.26 that causes it? Seriously this patch caused me so many headaches ><

And i dont use any vampire mods and in fact deactivated all my mods. it is a new character with no mods.

Did you create this character with no mods, or is it one you started, then took the mods off of?

No mods when character creation. But i fixed the issue.
I contracted the disease and wanted to become vampire. So i set timescale to 50000 and waited for sometime. Then slept. Then i repeat the process until i wake up and get the awoken message. I guess there are too many messages loading, so i cant move.

So, what i did was, after i got the disease, i played on normally. Then when i awake, this bug isnt there anymore.
strange, 1.4.21 doesnt have this issue...did gamesast do something?

You have to remember, they patch the Vanilla Game, so obviously that includes Mods. But, it also includes console exploits. Since magic animations were one of the things changed, it stands to reason that anything that messes with the scripting that calls up those animations could cause any number of problems. Vampirism is a time based disease, so the time scale could have messed it up.

So, the first thing to do if you are having problems is get the game as close to vanilla as possible to troubleshoot. No mods, no console exploits.

And, yes most mods need to be updated with each patch. Which is why I only have two minor mods on my game, until the patching season is over I won't run any more.
