Hi everybody!
I had never tried to play caravan before, and now i finally wanted to give it a shot, and i learned how to play. I'm kinda slow...
well, here comes the problem
i can't get the NPC, whoever it is, to bid!
wether i raise the bid or not, they'll always stay on 0...
i looked a lot around, googled it, only to find that other people are having the same problem... i didn't find a solution though!
i was hoping you guys could help me, i even tried to find it here on the forum, but didn't find any answer...

in http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Caravan_(game) i found this:
" A bug may occur where the NPC will not bid any caps even if you wager caps. If this happens, you may lose your wager if you lose and won't win anything if you win."
its exactly what's happening to me!!
