I'v searched but couldn't find the answer to this one so if anyone knows please put me out of my misery.

I missed the opportunity to get a caravan deck from Ringo in Goodsprings. I completed the quest and now he's wandered off to god knows where.
Is there anywhere else in the game to get a caravan deck other than from Ringo ?

You can run into Ringo again at the Crimson Caravan. But I am pretty sure you can get decks from other players or from some merchants.
