So I keep buying cards everytime I come across a merchant that sells them but how do I know which ones I have? I see "caravan deck" in my inventory but can't click on it and view my deck. I'm confused and I've also only come across like two people that had a dialogue option to play caravan. Where's all the caravan players? Are they mostly to be found in new vegas and the casinos?
