I'm really kinda glad it's over. However, I've been so sick of it on the TV all day and night, I turn it off and actually do other things that I should have been doing in the first place. I feel like I got a lot done instead of my habit of watching the tube more often than I really should.
I think she killed the girl based on the circumstantial evidence, but the burden of proof was on the prosecution...and the outcome is what it is.
It makes me sick how the media picks and chooses what cases to follow and run into the ground. Things like this happen all the time and they don't get the attention this got. Folks love to watch a train wreck and the likes of Nancy Grace knows it. Gah!
Now if I could only maintain my newly found habit of ignoring the TV. I'd personally be a more productive person. I admit I'm somewhat of a news junkie, but I can only stand so much of a case like this day in and day out.
