I dunno. What I do know is that the odds are OBSCENELY in your favor with a maxed out Luck Stat.

Seriously, it isn't even funny. In fact, it kinda ruins it. I love blackjack and know how to play, but in NV I quickly learned you should ALWAYS hit if you are hovering around 16-19. I can't tell you how many 5,4,3's I've drawn with Luck 10. It is sort of stupid.

Have you hit the jackpot limits though? That kind of ends the money milking streak.

In my case I had spent about 600 caps in Gomorrah when I hit the top slot machine payout...end of story in that place. The only casino I've got left to gamble in is that rubber glove place (and they weird me out bigtime)...

If you want a fair game in Blackjack then put your luck stat at about 6-8, Not maxed out. Then see how much more skill its going to take.

Even with 7 luck, you still have to game the system. Forget standing on 17 EVER. Surrender.
