Since the latest patch, I have been experiencing random onsets of cateye. Most notably in the Lucky 38's Presidential Suite. It has absolutely no pattern and actually wears off with the same visual effect AS cateye. I have no cateye in my INV and don't know of any perks that might cause this . Any suggestions?

- Im on PS3 with all current DLCs installed (Excluding LR of course) and have a relatively low number of saves on the HDD in order to keep errors/freezing at a minimum.
