Came out of Greenwall Cave into the nice, sunny, cloudless day of Skyrim... just to find that the effect of the dripping water that was down in the cave followed me outside. It won't stop, and I've already tried to reload! Quicksaved so can't go back. Suggestions on how to get rid of this effect that seems permanently stuck on my screen? Maybe a console command?

Try an earlier save and see if it happens again in the same place under the same circumstances.

Yep, this thing happened to me a few times. The dripping water fx gets stuck on my character Oddly enough, it mostly happens after picking up a piece of Mehrune's razor in a cave (maybe it's intentional?). Usually restarting skyrim and then loading the same save is enough to fix this in my case. I've only had to resort to an autosave made minutes earlier one time to solve this...
