Anyway yeah, I guessed that's what they are inspired by. Learned about those things on a third grade field trip and it stuck with me, they had a diagram of the cycle of them fighting with tarantulas and pulling the whole facehugger/chestburster thing on them. Creepy. And as an aside, if I remember my Spanish well enough, cazador means like hunter or prowler doesn't it?
Yeah. Cazar is to hunt (I always assumed it shared a root with "chase".. sounds similar. To chase/pursue/hunt. Don't know if that's true though.)
I think Cazador is also one of the traditional roles in a bullfighting arena. Cazadors harry the bull with spears to anger it and get it ready for the matador (killer)...
