Cell Acidentally Flooded

Hello, I was almost done maping my first mod when I ran into a major issue. I'm not sure what I could have possibly done to have this happen, but while following the 10th tutorial on the Creation Kit wiki on level designing (tutorial dungeon wrapup), I somehow managed to partially flood my exterior cell with water. I placed the entrance to my dungeon in the cell WhiterunOrigin under WhiterunWorld, and through some fluke managed to flood the cells WhiterunOrigin and WhiterunPlainsDistrict01 with a large chunk of water. Basically, from far bellow the actual cell floor (I used TCL to look) to aproximately 500-700 feet in the air, those cells are underwater. However, when i go look for and try to delete said water blocks in the Creation Kit they aren't there, not can I find them in the Cell View window. I also tried lowering Water Height in the Cell Edit window from 0 to something like -280, which had no effect. I'm not sure what's wrong, not how to fix this problem. Is this because my "exterior" cell for my dungeon exit is technically also identifiable as an "interior" cell?

I should note that the cell WhiterunPlainsDistrict01 has a * next to it in the Cell View window, denoting that it has been changed. However, no objects inside the cell look like they've been changed, but I have no idea what it looked like originally. There really should be a "reset to default" option for vanilla cells...

On a slightly related note, I cannot select the World Location Marker Ref to my MapMarker for my dungeon's interior cell. When I try to select the MapMarker in the Render Window, the crosshair is always red no matter what I hover over anywhere in the entire cell. I suppose this could be because my Parent Location is incorrect - I have it set to WhiterunLocation, because neither WhiterunWorld nor WhiterunOrigin are options.

Any help would be great!

Ok so I figured out how to make the bodies of water in question visible, but I cannot seem to be able to interact with them. I'm running into the same problem I had when designing my level with static spider webs - they are very hard, sometimes impossible to select and move around. In this case, I cannot select or move the water at all, so I can't delete it either. Is anyone else having this problem with certain kinds of objects?

Edit: These water planes just don't seem to exist on paper. I can clearly see them in the Render Window now, but they aren't listed in the Cell View Window, nor seem to be targetable by any means. Furthermore, I noticed that there are several equally massive water planes far UNDERNEATH the city of Whiterun, in several different cells. I could not go down to them in-game to confirm if they were actually there, since the world-fall-through safety measures kick in before I can get down that far, but they're definitely visible in the editor. It looks like somehow I managed to get these static, underground water planes to move several hundred feet up in two places. I would be interested to know if anyone else sees these in the Render Window.

Is there some way to reset a plugin's effect on a specific cell? At this point that seems like it would be the easiest solution to my problems.

The water you see is probably the default water level. Right click on your cell and select "edit", there you can set the water level and the type of water.

I just noticed that as well. However, it seems as though I have somehow disconnected two chunks from the default water level from their unending plane. Raising and lowering the water level affects every single bit of the default water, except in cells WhiterunOrigin and WhiterunPlainsDistrict01. It's like they're no longer a part of the default water level in those two cells!

Edit: I confirmed that in those two cells, chunks are missing at the default water level where those two floating water level chunks are located.

Don't know what you have messed up with these cells. But 2 things, when you cannot select an object because you are selecting another object (invisible in general) when you try, press 1 to make the object unselectable (press 1 two times to make them transparent and unselectable), and retry until you can select the one you want. When you finished with that, press F5 to refresh the preview windows and see all the object.

If you want to remove your modification, go to data, select your plugin and click details. Find your modification, select it and press "DEL" to ignore the modification. Save and reload your plugin and all the ignored modification should not be loaded. Restart CK if this doesn't work the first time because it seems to ignore the already loaded cells in the CK.
