I have a character who has very good karma, and helps out anyone he can. He doesn't steal, does not take any chems, and doesn't even kill enemies if he doesn't have to. He's pro-NCR and has slightly neutral karma with the Legion. He's an overall role model for anyone he meets.

But when I get bored of FNV (which I do) I make new characters just for fun. Yesterday I made a redheaded girl named Alicia Xien who was a cannibal lisbian druggie, killed anyone she didn't like, and stole anything in sight. Just yesterday with Alicia, I left a huge chain of evil. I made the city of Goodsprings a ghost town once more. I killed everyone there, along with the powder gangers. I robbed the General Store, and the Saloon for drugs and alcohol. I killed the NCR station in Primm, and the Powder Gangers at the NCRCF. I murdered everybody in Primm, and made my way to helping out the Legion in Nipton. Again, I looted every city I've come across, blind of drugs and alcohol. I never run out of ammo because I just steal as much as I want. I'm currently using a 9mm pistol, .357 pistol, shotguns, and laser weapons to kill people, and it's extremely fun. As a sad result I've failed almost every quest I've come across, because I killed a vital part to the quest, like McGee at the NCR outpost in Primm.

What are some of your 'Chain of Evil' stories? Do you have a goody two shoes as a main character, and chem svckling raider the next? Or do you already have a 'Chain of Evil' character as your main, and a messiah as the next? Share your stories, it's more fun being bad, than good in Vegas.

Heck if there was an option to burn down buildings I would add "Burned down Goodsprings and Primm" in there. :3

No, I play as myself for main, than a devious baster but like by everyone, than a good person who always end up on the wrong side. After these three I will see what pops in my head.

I try to make my characters as much as myself, as possible but things always get crazy in the end because there are things I would guess at. I think to myself, would I really risk my ass to go help some lady? But in the end it's all about the caps, experience and the stuff!!! :cookie:

It does gets really crazy at times, that's why I would try to gather information from NPC as much as possible before I decide.

I had a character like this in FO3, she was a kleptomaniac slaver with no social skills whatever (she always used the rude dialogue responses). She also had a mercenary streak, so she occasionally took actual work if the pay sounded good. Unfortunately, there was no way to actually join the slaver gang at Paradise Falls, so I ended up setting her aside since slaving for bad karma's sake got old quickly.

I have yet to find a satisfactory way of playing an evil character in F:NV, due to almost everything being in shades of grey. I do have a couple of possibilities in mind, but I'll have to do some more research first.

I introduced a Mister Gutsy to a 40mm Grenade. It wasn't that much of an evil act, as he had it coming, shooting me like that, but it sure got me in a berserk mode. Suddenly the purged and sad town of Nipton turned into my devilish playground.

What I don't get about that, is that the terminal says there are 2 Mister Gutsies in Nipton, but the only one I found was in the house. It says it was for the Mayor, to persuade him to let him have some fun with the Nipton prosttutes. Naturally, I searched the town hall, and the mayor's office especially. I found nothing. Any thoughts?

I'm savin' my Brain Dead Fred playthrough for when I'm all out of RP ideas. I always end a game like this on a big BANG! with a kill'em all run. And they say you really can kill them all. Right now I've got a Dead is Dead challenge running for folks to do while we wait for OWB, but after that's out and we're waiting for LR, I'm gonna challenge everyone to a Killathon. Rules:

1. Kill everyone in the game. Period.
2. Must be completed in a single 3 day period, or else respawing enemies will reappear, thus negating the run. I will award the Spotted Owl of Chaos :spotted owl: to the winner.
