Does anyone know if there is a mod on steam that permanently changes Feild Of View.
Or if anyone has the expertise to make one do it

why not just change it through the console?

It resets every time you log off or fast travil. I just want to set it to 90 and be done

This can be accomplished with your ini file located in your Skyrim data folder.

My personal settings

fDefault1stPersonFOV=70.0000
fDefaultWorldFOV=90.0000
fDefaultFOV=90.0000
