Because the official development team doesn't feel like doing it, I decided to make shields equipable in the right hand also so things look more natural for me, as a lefty.

Anyways I went and individually changed different shield settings from Shield equip type to Either Hand equip type, however this didn't allow me to equip it in my left hand in the game. So I went into the Object Window in the creation kit yet again and found Equip Slot under Character. I changed the shield equip type there so it's parent wasn't left hand but either hand and this still only allowed shields to be in the left hand.

Am I doing something wrong or is this controlled elsewhere in the creation kit?
