Changing healthmagikastamina

HI all first post on these forums so hope this finds you all well.

Got what I hope is a simple question about base stats, I've changed things like health, magika and stamina for all the races but I'm having a problem getting it to work in game. As an example, I've changed the high elfs base health to 10 yet when I start the game its at 65. This is less than the default 100 but why cant I set it to 10?

Changing the skill bonuses for each race was easy but I cant seem to get the base stats to what I want, any help is much appreciated :)

I think there may be a game setting (in the Gameplay > Settings window) that defines the starting bonus for the player's attributes (50 by default). fDefaultHealth, perhaps? You could try messing with that and seeing if it helps.

Cheers Ill have at look at the settings then see if i can find it. Atm when I start a new character all of their stats (health/magik/stam) are around 65-68 no matter what i set them to. The only things that work are the skill bonuses and the carry weight.

edit: If anyone can point me in the right direction as to which settings that would also be much appreciated :)
