Changing racial body parts

Post » Sat Nov 17, 2012 7:54 pm

Hallo, I would like to ask how to change the lip/nose/eyeshape types available to each race. Namely, I would like the Dunmer to look more like the Altmer giving them their face part choices, but I cannot see a way to do this in the CK. Thanks for any advice.

Well, I could find the hairstyles, beards, scars, but still not the lips and noses. I must be missing somethig obvious. Neither wiki I could find provides any help either. Any tips whatsoever?

in the race edit window there is a whole section with checkboxes for every eye/nose morph. you can select which ever ones you want to keep or lose

Yes, I have seen those, the problem I have is that I wish the Dunmer to have the same lip choice as the Altmer, but both races have the same boxes checked, yet the shapes vary still, so there must be something else to this, i suppose.

Each race has it's own morphs associated with it, so while the index might be the same, the shape is different. Change the General Data -> Copied Data -> Morph Race on Dark Elves to HighElfRace. I just tested this in the editor and it seemed to work, but I haven't tested it in-game.
