Character Creation Advice

I'm trying to get into a specific role-play character and i'm having trouble making him look the way to fit it, so i'm looking for hints (hence the cheats, hints and spoilers forum) as to how to create a good avatar. He's gonna be a Bosmer assassin/thief, and it's gonna be a coming of age type of thing, so i'm aiming to have him look to be around 19-20 (my age, kinda putting myself in his shoes). Sort of like the young, inexperienced hero that rises to the challenge, like Link from the Legend of Zelda or Eragon. The problem is, with the absense of an age modifier, i'm having trouble making him look anything below 35ish. If anyone has any advice on making him younger, It'd be very highly appreciated :)

I know that since Skyrim is a vary harsh place, people naturally look a bit older than they are, but a good 15-20 years older is a bit much. And besides, I'm role playing a guy who's fresh out of Valenwood.

I've set both dirt and age lines to 0 already. The main problem is i can't find out how to get rid of the aged complection/wrinkly look. The main thing that i would love to get rid of are the wrinkles on his forehead. And the seemingly receding hairline doesn't help either. If there is actually a video on how to make characters look younger that'd be fantastic.

IMO, this is the only flaw I found in the new character creation for Skyrim. And actually, I can't really call it a flaw since I'm sure there's a way to make them look younger, I just havn't found it yet. What scares me is that the vast majority of the male NPC's look old, so I bet it's very hard to do.

EDIT: The Bosmer on the loading screen using the bow looks pretty good, something similar to what I want. But he still has the forehead wrinkles, i do hope its possible to get rid of that.

Also, I'm on the PS3, so I don't have access to any mods that may help either.

Edit:

Out of the races, Breton looks the oldest, along with Altmer. You may want to avoid those.
To cover 'age', my best advice is the careful use of tattooing - it can be very helpful covering wrinkles.
