So what is your character gonna Look like?
How are you gonna spread your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats(2high 3medium 2low)
where are you gonna focus your skill-points?
and what kind of gameplay are you gonna seek out first?
and what perks, existing or should exist will you pick (try to not go to OP with this one)
