Hi
1. Early on in the game(in the level 1-20) the game is prolly the best since it is the most realistic. You can die instantly from a monster and you can 2hko another monster.

However in the later levels(especially lv 40+, at master mode, you are basically invincible if you go for smithing. Even if you dont, your perks will be overpowered too. The enemies you meet will either have very high HP which takes a longer time to kill.

This isnt really realistic and i normally quit the game and roll a new char at this stage.

2. Additionally, i feel that playing on Master mode at early levels leveled me too quickly. If i switch to adept, killing other enemies will be realistic but in return, you dont get a lot of damage from enemies.

So...

Is there a way to solve these issues, like mods?

i am looking for: -slower leveling, slower skill gain, realistic combat(such as you dont take 5-10 hits to kill a draugr boss on Master, and you take a lot more damage on adept).

EDIT:
3. I noticed at higher levels(lv 40+), most of the items you find are ebony, glass and even daedric. Is there a mod(is this the right section?) that can limit the higher class armors and weapons to e.g. 1% chance of getting them/or cost a BOMB to make either one of them?
I dont want to see an ebony warhammer evreytime at lv 50.

There are plenty of slower leveling mods on Nexus.

Or you could mod it yourself, it's a matter of maybe a minute or so. One of the mods on the Nexus has the description of how to do it yourself in the description.

ok i found some mods, but the biggest issue is still unsolved. Is there any mod or some ways i can remove or reduce the amount of higher class weapons and armors in the game at the later levels? Ebony and glass stuff are so common now at lv 40 that i missed finding a Hide armor...

I believe that PISE has an option for this. If not, just search the Nexus. I'm sure there is something there.

I am reminded of the crazy guy in these forums who cheated his way to Level 81 (all skills maxed to 100) by consoling Ogma Infiniums, and then complained bitterly that the game was too easy, heheh.
I thought at the time - you don't need to do that, the game is already simple at Level 50 + on Master difficulty, with an all-natural player character.
I personally (Level 68, 600 hours) wear Fur Armor, the one with sleeves, and fur gauntlets/boots.
With this I use a light dragon shield and helm, and Nord Hero weapons exclusively.

In my game, every Draugr Deathlord now carries Ebony, and chests often contain Dragon or Daedric stuff.
And the jewels! My gawd, the jewels - I reassembled the Crown of Berenziah and am now DROWNING in jewels.
Plus I carry 330,000 gold septims around with me, I give all followers 50,000 gold as soon as I recruit them...
Anyway: dunno what to say, just ignore/leave the loot if you wish, which is what I do.
Agree that it takes all the fun and 'sense of purpose' out of the game.

I'm not sure why filled grand soul gems cost 1200 at the start of the game, but I can buy them for 600 now that I'm wealthy - it's crazy.
A finance mod that allowed you to give money away (to beggars etc. like Morrowind) and charged you monthly 'taxes' to keep your five homes and housecarls operating, would be a blessing.
It would give you a reason to continue adventuring, or else you would slowly go broke...

I have no problem with the levelling, personally.
Plus, I found a great mod that adds high-level enemies (Arch Pyromancers etc.) to the lategame experience. Fun.
Re: ebony/glass treasures
Big deal - I can make anything I need, weapons or armor, and I've been dragging all that stuff to Belethor for ages anyway.
(750? LoL, sounds good...)
See: far too much money (above)!

Anyway, you are not alone Mclericp.
Come to Level 68 and your frustrations will only increase...
Regards

After reaching certain levels you are overpowered in most, if not all Rpgs. Thats what its about...becoming an unstoppable Hero. This is why Dlc is introduced, or new enemies. If youre overpowered at level 45, then maybe you shouldnt have been the master blacksmith and instead, used it as a balanced support skill. To get to level 40 myself, it would take at least another 80 hours of game time, being im at level 26 right now with 86 hours in. I think the leveling speed is fine, if not too slow at mid-higher levels. I also think the Difficulty is spot on if you dont abuse cheap tactics and skills. Its an open world game, it largely is up to you whether or not you want to abuse stuff and become overpowered, or keep a balanced playstyle and retain some difficulty.

Some of these complaints are ridiculous. Its like taking steroids while working out then complaining you're too muscular.

I downloaded a mod which sets my leveling rate at 5x SLOWER than vanilla. It's just right for me. It also "micromanages" the crafting stuff so you don't make a couple of steel katanas and gain a level....

My toons wear leather forever (it's the only armor I can stand to look at - with a mod that makes it look like TG with a bit of color dif), and use steel katanas until they get to ebony smithing, when they go with ebony katanas. Never had anyone get to daedric yet....

you have to go with the game..

your enemy doesn't improve armor or weapons, all they get is hp.

i do the same with my main. he is lvl 50 in the moment(warrior, so it takes like a week to gain a lvl nowadays) and wearing normal scaled armor, ebony war axe and a hide shield. enchanting only hp on items(pure hp stacking, like the enemy).

i have to say it works ok.

Well this is strange. I don't find the skills an issue at all. I began as an archer. When I reached 100, i stopped using that and used only magic and sword since. Magic takes forever to kill things unless you are perked up. I encounter mages master+ that sometimes kill me in 2 seconds or less and my armour rating is 900+. I am at level 74 and no problem making the game challenging with some of the foes. My blade skill is still in the 60s, so are destruction magic and two handed skills. If I sneak and use bow then everything is one or two shots and no challenge. Trying to walk right up to enemies while utilizing less advanced skills requires much more effort and user skill. Just try standing in front of a gloomlurker with your 900 armor and tell me how long you last without evasive action or extreme offense.
