So I was in Riften and I just finished collecting debts for that one thief guy. I finish the quest and i'm forced to do the next one. I'm in that next room and I go where the marker tells me to go. It tells me to go out the exit with the ladder going up and exiting in the graveyard. For me, the tombstone wasn't open and my character wouldn't move. I open console and typed in tcl. I successfully exiedt into the graveyard so I turn noclip off. I still couldn't move. I tried loading from a previous save before I even went to Riften and I still couldn't move. Any help?
P.S. My character still looks like he's running and NPC'S can move too.

Did you try completely exiting Skyrim before going back in and loading that previous save? Sounds like your animation cycle got stuck.
