Cheat to re-load magic items? : V

Is there such a thing? I cannot re-load magic items anymore since the normal way doesn't work anymore :-(

Anyone can help! Enchanted items are no more fun to me,especially the special items which I cannot craft myself.

Why don't you just buy a loaded soul gem and recharge the weapon? Why cheat? Gold is pretty easy to come by.

I would but the T-key does not work anymore so I cannot use soul gems anymore. THAT is my problem.

Well,the T-key does not appear in the controls menu section so I can't do anything about it.

Maybe add this as a bug in the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/forum/179-skyrim-hardware-and-software-issues-subforums/.
I don't know a way through the console.
