In my stat screeen. After taking Windhelm i wasnt given any reward and my stat screen didnt register it as "quest line completed." Is there more to it? if it just bugged what reward did i miss out on?

Did you talk to the General? He should give you his sword and that should end it.

Got the dialogue but no reward and it didnt log in my journal. good to know it was a bug. for a second i thought they wanted me to clear the remaining camps...would have found that dull tbh.

Hmmm. Maybe it is a bug then. Is there one last fort you didn't do? The Civil War quests run concurrently. There's the main one and the clearing forts one. Right at the end (and I just literally finished the Legion side last night) it was weird because I could start the battle of Windhelm while I still had a quest to clear a fort. I did the fort first because I was afraid I was going to bug out the game.

well i had the riften quest with the jarl bug where i didnt complete it, instead Rikke just immeadiatly told me to hit a fort ending that quest with out actually doing it, so that may be what caused the final issue. in hindsight i can that making sense.

Yup, that sounds like the problem. I was a bit confused at the end of that quest too. Rikke wasn't telling me what she was supposed to but the marker for the fort still showed up. I did it then it said to talk to the General. I went t Solitude and he had no dialog related to the quest. I thought I was screwed. Then I just went to Windhelm and he was on the steps and the quest continued. I still had a quest marker on the camp south of Windhelm because I was supposed to talk to Rikke but she had nothing to say. Luckily it just worked out.
