From previous experience, this is how I made clan battles work.

1. Find the person in charge to organize it.

2. Find a time and date where both parties can get the necessary people.

3. Send out messages to key players in advance to show.

4. Battle.

That is how I have worked it on MAG and some pc games, however in Brink, I need some questions answered to make this work.

#1 can an officer or leader pick who gets the invites to participate in the match
#2 what happens if the other clan doesn't show
#3 shows with less numbers

So I dedicate this topic to getting the questions we want answered by those with experience.
