Classic pack items

My apologies if this has been covered already,

But I went and picked up NV today for PS3, and inside was an insert for a pack of items called the "Classic pack" awesome i thought, so after i redeemed the code which worked just fine, then I went into the game after it installed and all that jazz....there was nothing. So i searched the internet for a solution.....I found only one result which was remotely helpful, it said after DLing the content to restart the game and it would install the DLC then once you load the game it will send the items into your INV. well this never happened, i tried 3 times with no luck. then I searched these forums to no avail, all i could find were results about codes not being valid and thats it, can anyone shed some light on this for me?

thanks.

Right click on the game in your Steam Library and choose View Downloadable Content. See if it's listed. If not, try redeeming again. If it is, I'd complain to Valve (Steam).

Yeah on PS3 we get our DLC through the PSN store, and as i said that the code downloaded fine and apparently installed fine, I am just not getting my items.

I have the exact same problem.

The download successfully... Downloaded and installed but my game shows: (CA) at the end and the content shows (US) seems to be a region issue.
