cant use my weathered pistol and when i go into third-person is shows an exclamation point surrounding my character

One of the many bugs: If you mod the weathered pistol it freaks out the game.....hey at least you can play. My save files r all corrupted... that's why I'm trolling the forums waiting. Wither for word on a fix and a DATE for the patch... or to wait a week and then demand my money back from gamestop.
