Did wipe of Vegas as wanted to start over on somethings without mods and now when I start a new game for example I have the screen to type name before I even see Doc's face AKA I've still got the white light effect. So parts of the game seem to be running hyper fast and some aren't keeping up.

Figured it out somehow I'd unplugged my headset. (didn't have it on when testing) and caused a sync issue. All seems to be working normal now. Sorry for the post.
