I'm trying to place a dungeon entrance near Valtheim Towers on the other side of the river, and I'm having problems.

There's a distant cloud object there that takes every click I make on my doorway. Doesn't matter how close I get. I can select the object from the Cell View list, but then I have to use arrow keys to move it which isn't very precise.

What I'm hoping that there's some modifier key I can combine with the click to drill down in through the layers. But any advice would be welcome.

Does the cloud object disappear when you press M?

When you have the cloud clicked, press 1 repeatedly until it's invisible.
