Well I guess your only option is to go to Walmart back and get a refund if they will not give you the DLC. Other wise I don't think anything else can be done if Walmart will do nothing about it.

Good luck, hopefully you will get your code.

I Pre-Ordered mine from Wal-Mart and got it Fed-Ex this afternoon. The code for the Caravan Pack was in the case with the game manual...

No it wasn't, i've been looking for answers at other places but it seems like walmart just started sending out New Vegas games without the codes. This gets me because i only bought New Vegas from them for their specific pre-order bonus and there was no indication that they wouldn't send me the bonus at the time i ordered from them.

Isnt this some sort of false advertising? They didn't even bother to tell me that my order wouldnt have this code or if ill get something in exchange of this code i was promised.

Edit: Still no word from Walmart.

http://www.walmart.com/cservice/cu_commentsonline.gsp i sent an email here, couldnt call on the phone as the time i came to the conclusion i couldnt find it, the time had passed.

I also had heard about people walking into walmart and getting a pack of caravan cards and the codes. It makes no sense.

Same problem, but via Amazon. Sounds like someone mixed up a pallet or two...

Is there anychance of me even getting a code now? Would it make a difference in my game i have started right now, like would i be able to go back to doc mitchel and he'll be like "Hey [insert name] i forgot to tell you, you left this stuff here when you died so why dont you pick it up?" Im still early on in the game that the caravan pack will still help me out.

Well i bought my CE copy of NV from Walmart this morning (only because I was there at 7 am and they had yet to receive their shipment of the regular game) and inside the game case was a card with the download code for the Caravan Pack. Fired up the old PS3 and entered the code and . . . it was not accepted. Bummed, I decided to get the game going anyways and guess what . . . within two hours of playing I had already acquired all the stuff in the Caravan Pack just by scrounging the wasteland.

Its not just that, i ordered specifically from walmart for the caravan pack. Then they jip me of my pre-order bonus w/o any sort of indication of fault. I know i could get equipment way better than the pre-order bonuses but the idea that every time i start a new game im reminded that i was there from the beginning for New Vegas. This wont happen now that i dont have a bonus code.

Edit: ill keep posted for more info as this develops.

I preordered my Collector's from Amazon, and don't have any of my pre-order bonuses either.
It's small, but it was a deciding factor in where I bought the game from. If I'd known the Amazon bonus wouldn't be included, I would have saved ten bucks and been playing since midnight via Steam.
Please rectify this.

I pre-ordered from Walmart too, but mine had a coupon for the Mercenary pack instead of the Caravan pack. I finally got this reply from Walmart, I'm sure you'll get the same thing:

Scratch that. *grins sheepishly* It somehow got folded and wedged into the manual. That I didn't stop to read. Because it was Christmas in October when I got this. And I never read the manual until I need to.
My bad Bethesda. My bad.
