I've completed this task but it's stuck in the journal.. How can I fix this issue?

Edit: Problem Solved with "Unofficial Skyrim Patch" from Kivan (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=19#content), also avialable via SteamWorkshop.

I am having the same problem. I tried all possible console-commands from SetStage, SetObjectiveComplete etc. but nothng seemed to influence it. Neither did finishing the "NIghtmare Problem" quest.
The Quest ID is B04 and I would not mind that much, but apparently that stucked quest stops me from receiving a quest from a possible companion/follower.

have you tried the unofficial patch? im sure i read its supposed to fix it?
