I walk in total silence there now. Cant remember when it happened - after the last patch or before, but I surely remember that it was playing when I was about 10-15 hours back in the game.

Have you done any of the following (don't do them, just fishing for causes):
- disabled vsync (ipresentinterval)?
- added iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=xxxxxx to skyrim.ini ?
- used fps limiter?

Sorry for the late answer. No, I did nothing of above. But I did set uGridsToLoad=7 in skyrim.ini, however.
