I picked up one of Urag the orcs "go-fetch-me-that-book" books, before he'd actually asked me to get it. When he finally did ask me for that particular book (Fragment:On Arteum, if it matters) I didn't get the dialogue option to tell him I had it. I waited a few hours, even left the college to do another quest and came back before trying again, still no joy. I'd really rather not have the book stuck in my inventory so is there a way round this or will I have to revert back to an earlier save?

I had a similiar bug.. Activate the quest and you should find a location with the book
