I've recently started going through the Thieve's Guild questline on my old rogue character and have encountered some pretty game-breaking bugs (but don't worry! I found my way around them!)
The first one came during the quest "Loud and Clear." I was at the point where I had to burn down the beehives and was in the process of sneaking around the islands of the meadery to get to the beehive place. I saw one of the guards that was obviously supposed to be patrolling back and for across the bridge just walking in place for a moment, and then jumping around and getting catapulted into the water. Silly guard! I thought. Watch me mock his glitchy AI with my superior intelligence! Well, when I tried to walk on the bridge, it was like there was an invisible wall there. I thought it might have been some weird alignment issue with the bridge model and the land, so I noclipped over it, jumped around a bit, and was catapulted into the water. I felt bad for mocking the guard. feeling frustrated, I noclipped through the island and right in front of the beehives, burned them down, and tried to make a dramatic escape by jumping into the water. I discovered much to my chagrin that I could not jump off the island. I was 100% trapped on the island (Implying that I would have been trapped out unless I noclipped.) and had to noclip to get away from the guards.
Anyway, I decided to check out the issue in the CK, and this is what I saw:

Yellow boxes. The CK called the collision markers. I looked them up and did't really learn what they were, but it makes sense for them to be invisible barriers to the player. So I have a few question about 'em.
Why are they there?
Are they there for anyone else?
Do they interfere with anyone else?
Can I delete them? (I think the answer to that is no, they're all linked to something but I can't figure out what.)

I was wrapping up Speaking with Silence. I got hit by the poison arrow and witnessed the conversation between Karliah and Mercer. After Mercer stabbed me I was taken outside as normal to the camp just outside of Snow Veil Sanctum. The only problem was that there was an army of Hired Thugs there to kill me while I was trapped in conversation with Karliah. They killed me once and I had to go through the whole conversation with Mercer again. After being taken out to the camp, the thugs were still there and it became clear that I would be stuck in an infinite loop if I did not do something. I toggled God Mode and was able to survive the conversation. I'm wondering that because they were called Hired Thugs and not just Bandits that this might have been some Radiant event gone awry or some other issue
