Color palette changes after fast-travelling

30 hours in with the PC version and so far been loving this game. But something strange happened to my game and now everytime I fast travel, the color palette changes to more yellowish tones (HUD and loading screen remains normal), after another fast travel it gets black and white and so on till everything is white after a few consecutive fast travels. I uninstalled-reinstalled the game, repatched, updated the graphics card drivers, unchecked all the mods but the problem persists. Other games are working fine btw...

Checked the net for similar problems but seems like I'm the only one out there. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas?

I am thinking it has something to do with the shaders so check your graphics card driver

If you do a search for "game going Black and White" or "Game in B&W", and you'll see this is a issue alot of people have and are having. It appears to be a programming issue. I doubt that all these people have probelms with the shader on thier cards. See if it clears up once they patch.....whenever that happens.
