Bright wont come back in the room away from the rockets. I cant finish the mission. Has anybody else had this problem?

I just completed this quest. Follow the marker on your compass and it will lead you to the Launch Control Room, or something named like that. If you've given the launch fuel and the extra component then it is up to you to launch the rockets.

Yea but you have to talk to Bright again to complete it and i cant he stays down by the rockets
