Always help the Skaal, my khajiit is Skaal friend to all the skaal ( they even say so themselves

I'm a Skaal-friend, too. I was heartbroken when Frea's father died, because I felt guilty.

But these are just random generic "hunters," so I feel no attachment to them.

I said I would help but I just watched. I was rooting for the netch and it killed all but one hunter. The last hunter killed it.

The Skaal remind me a lot of the lifestyle of the past Native Americans, in that they respect nature and only take from the land that which they need. Very humble and have an admiration for living things. It's not like the Skaal hunting party is going out to slaughter an entire family of Netch, they are only taking part in a sacred ritual that will benefit their morale and their tribe. So, that being said, yes I do help them in taking down the Netch, It is a tremendous honor to be asked to be included and join in on the hunt.

I killed that Netch. I killed it good... Of course, I let it kill one of the Skaal first (for the armor) and then I destroyed the damn thing.

Am I the only one who wished we could have one as cattle in our hearthfire houses? Man I'd do just about anything for a pet netch.


And yes, I'd like one as a mount aswell.

My charcter is a Redguard, so I have no real "skin in this game" (so to speak), and consider the Netch a resource that the local inhabitants need to survive and overly cruel and unforgiving land. I don't feel empathy for them, as I have helped the alchemist in Raven Rock to continue to thrive. The Netch aren't sentient (as far as we know). They're tough to kill, and deadly. Moral values here are subjective.

The netch are such peaceful, amazing creatures that I do not like killing them but I do help the Skaal when they ask to join their hunt.
