So you talk to Fatastic, go up the stairs through the door, and every time I go through that door the Old Lady from the junkyard with all her dogs spawn through the door and they are levitating and hurting me everytime they bump into me and just casuing overall game gltichyness.

i had that ! ( when my game was working ) then they all suddenly started attacking me

I also had that, as well sometimes when I come through that door, I become stuck and have to jump and move the stick around to get out of the damn doorway.

i wonder if anyone actually tested this game before release ?

I had that once myself! as soon as it loaded up i was stuck on the spot so i looked down and saw a name with a Red health bar, tried V.A.T.S which didnt target anything so i spammed jump for a few seconds and managed to move away, at that time 3 dog's appeared and started to attack so i killed them, as soon as i did the NCR soldier's became aggressive towards me!

Reloading the autosave fixed the issue and it hasnt happened since.

Due to the amount of bug's i really dont think the game was tested properly but the again due to the size of the game, there are multiple ways to play through it.
